This week our WPPB TBT celebrates the 85th birthday of baseball's greatest living player - WILLIE MAYS! Born on May 6, 1931 in Westfield, Alabama of athletic parents - Willie Howard Mays, Sr. aka "Cat" a semi-pro ballplayer and Annie Satterwhite, a champion scholastic sprinter - Willie Jr. would grow up to become one of the most gifted athletes of his generation.

This week our WPPB TBT celebrates the 75th birthday of sizzling, sex-kitten hot, actress, singer and dancer Ann-Margret.

This week our WPPB TBT celebrates British rock musician, singer, songwriter, producer, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Peter Frampton. Born in England on April 22, 1950, Frampton proved a precocious musical talent teaching himself to play the guitar at age 7; and within a few years mastering complex jazz, blues, and rock riffs. By age 16 P.F. was the lead guitarist and singer for a popular U.K. group The Herd. The teen magazine RAVE named Frampton "The Face of 1968." In early '69, still only 18, he and Steve Marriott formed Humble Pie.
